Money well spent

Needed a winter coat for my move from Vancouver Island to Saskatoon and this works so well when it dips below zero. I did not feel cold with wind and -40. Highly durable.

This is the first review I've done for any of my purchases, ever. I'm a senior, 140 lbs. , this will be my third winter with this coat. The cold no longer makes me miserable and I look forward to visiting my friends in Lanark County for some ice fishing and snow shoeing ( after about 30 minutes at -25 l have to unzip to cool off). The 700 fill is amazing it keeps my core warm, witch radiates out to my fingertips. One of the best purchases I've ever made, just wished that l did it a few decades ago. Highly recommended.

very happy with my recent purchase of the Raff parka. I ordered a size large, the fit is bang on. The quality of manufacture is top notch and the price is very good for a product of this standard. Highly recommended.

Jacket is good. Don’t pay for shipping

The only sad thing about the purchase is the customer service experience. I paid for the faster shipping and still took 10 days to arrive. I asked for a refund for the shipping (that should be free on a $800 purchase anyway) and couldn’t even get a proper reply. Which is a shame for a Canadian company. I go out of my way to buy local to then get ripped off. So in recap, you’ll like the jacket - I think it’s as good as any, but do yourself a favor and don’t spend extra money for shipping.
